The Hynniewtrep Indigenious Archery Organizers Institute (HIAOI) a registered organizing committee of Traditional Archery Registered under Meghalaya Societies Registration Act, 1983 (Act XII of 1983) Government of Meghalaya, it has been authorized to organized the Arrow Shooting for the purpose of betting under the Meghalaya Regulations of the Game of Arrow Shooting and the sale of Teer (Thoh Tim) Tickets Act, 2018.
